Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately closed, all funds will be forfeited, and any winnings will be voided. Registration using false, incomplete, or misleading information is prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes.
Each individual may register and maintain only one mosbat account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, household addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. mosbat uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found, all associated accounts will be closed, bonuses will be voided, and any winnings generated through abuse of the one-account policy may be withheld pending investigation.
Important: Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once is considered bonus abuse and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mosbat account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. mosbat will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify mosbat's support team immediately at [email protected]. mosbat will investigate all reports of unauthorised access and may temporarily suspend the account during the investigation period to prevent further harm.
mosbat operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process consistent with internationally recognised responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering standards. You may be required to submit identity documents including a national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, or other government-issued photo identification, as well as proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. mosbat reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
mosbat accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). mosbat does not apply currency conversion charges, but your payment provider may impose their own fees, for which mosbat bears no responsibility.
The minimum deposit amount across all supported payment methods is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to your account verification status, payment method, and any applicable promotional terms, and are displayed within the cashier at the time of the transaction.
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your mosbat account within five (5) minutes of confirmed payment. Deposits via bank transfer may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule. mosbat bears no responsibility for delays caused by your payment provider's infrastructure, Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours, or network conditions.
Withdrawal requests are processed by mosbat's payments team within 24 hours of submission during standard business hours. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit where operationally possible. mosbat reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if the account is under investigation for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
mosbat maintains player funds in accounts segregated from operational funds. In the event of insolvency, reasonable steps are taken to protect player balances; however, mosbat does not guarantee that player funds are fully protected in all circumstances, and players acknowledge this risk by using the Platform.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. Unless otherwise stated in the offer terms, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a wagering requirement of 30x on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place total bets of ৳30,000 using the bonus balance before a withdrawal is permitted. Bonus funds and real-money funds may be subject to separate wagering requirements; the cashier will indicate which funds are being used for each bet.
Bonuses are available only to eligible players who meet all stated eligibility criteria at the time of the offer. mosbat reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse or where the player's account is under review. The games and betting markets available on mosbat may vary over time. mosbat reserves the right to add, remove, or modify any game, betting market, or odds at any time without prior notice. The unavailability of any particular game or market does not entitle the player to any compensation.
Once a bet or wager has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player unless mosbat specifically provides a cash-out or in-play amendment facility for the relevant market. Players are solely responsible for checking the accuracy of all bet details — including selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming any wager.
mosbat reserves the right to void any bet or wager where: (a) it was placed on an event whose result was already determined at the time of placement; (b) it was placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means; (c) there was a manifest error in odds, lines, or game settings; or (d) the relevant event is cancelled, postponed beyond the defined settlement window, or otherwise rendered void under the applicable sport's governing rules. Voided bets are returned to the player's real-money balance at the staked amount.
In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or server error during gameplay, mosbat will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs and settle the outcome fairly. Where reconstruction is not possible, the stake for the affected round will be returned to the player's account balance. mosbat is not liable for any losses claimed to result from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on mosbat and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mosbat makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with any specific device or software environment.
mosbat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, mosbat will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform.
You may close your mosbat account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus balance subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the closure date.
mosbat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where there is a reasonable basis to believe that the Terms have been breached, where required by law or regulatory obligation, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law as relevant to the offshore jurisdiction in which mosbat is operated. mosbat operates on an internationally licensed offshore basis. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.
